Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses Enoughpairs, with or without an account, and forms part of the terms of service.

2. Do not use the service to break the law

• Anything that breaches a law or regulation that applies to you.
• Infringing anyone’s intellectual property.
• Defaming, harassing or threatening anyone.
• Anything involving the exploitation or endangerment of a child. We report such matters to the authorities.

3. Do not attack or abuse the service

• Getting around rate limits, the allowance system or access controls.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access.
• Running automated traffic against the service beyond what the interface offers.
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the service without our written agreement.
• Uploading or transmitting anything designed to damage the service or its users.

4. Do not misrepresent what the service produces

• Do not present a result as professional advice, or as an assurance that someone will not run out. It is neither. See the AI notice.
• Do not present a result as endorsed by, or connected to, a brand, a retailer or any subscription service. It is not, and the service never recommends any.
• Do not impersonate Enoughpairs or anyone working on it.

5. High-risk uses

Do not use the service for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, credit, insurance, housing or judicial decisions, or in any safety-critical or life-critical system.

6. What happens if you breach this policy

Depending on what has happened we may warn you, limit your access, suspend the account or close it. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where the law requires it we will report the matter.

If we close a paid account for a breach, the current period is not refunded. That does not affect your statutory rights, which are unaffected by anything on this page.
